Past Due Assignments: Assignments that are past due in this table are noted by a orange background. With the exception of the first "Introduction to Mastering Astronomy" tutorial homework, each day a Mastering Astronomy assignment is late, 10% will be deducted off the score down to a maximum of 50%.

read Chapter 1 first. The last question is extra credit because it has
a bit of tedious math (not hard, just tedious). Math Note: If you are math phobic or otherwise challenged by the math in this assignment, please see your lecturer before the due date. We try to be very helpful in getting you to the point where you can handle the math that does show up in this course. |
